Many municipalities in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties require a Sewer Lateral Inspection and Dye Test before a property can be sold or refinanced. This mandatory inspection uses a camera to check the condition of the sewer pipe from your house to the street, and checks that the drainage is routed to its proper location ( sewer or storm). We are certified to perform these inspections, which are designed to check for defects, clogs, illegal stormwater connections, and tree root intrusion.

Tree Roots: Roots can be very invasive and cause structural damage to the pipe where the roots then grow into (at a more rapid rate ) and create root balls inside the pipe.
