Our Roots
Our story began in 2001, when our founder, Jason Lawrence, launched Lawrence Plumbing. In those early days, we specialized heavily in the residential and commercial construction sectors. If there was a major new build or a commercial development going up in the area, our team was underground and behind the walls, laying the groundwork for reliable infrastructure.
For over twenty years, we mastered the technical complexities of large-scale plumbing, earning a reputation for precision and hard work. But as time went on, Jason noticed a shifting need in our local neighborhoods.
The Pivot
In 2022, Jason made a pivotal decision to split the company and shift our primary focus directly to residential service.
Why the change? Because we saw a gap in our communities. Local homeowners were struggling to find responsive, reliable, and truly trustworthy service professionals when they needed them most. We realized that our deep technical expertise could be used to directly improve the daily lives of our neighbors. We wanted to bring the same high level of professionalism required on major commercial build sites right to your kitchen, bathroom, and basement.
Since making that shift in 2022, the trust our customers placed in us fueled incredible growth. To ensure we could handle any challenge a homeowner might face, we strategically expanded our capabilities and continue to learn and grow daily.
