Around here, we take a lot of pride in keeping your home comfortable, dry, and running smoothly. But if we’re being completely honest, our love for animals—dogs especially—began long before our love for plumbing and HVAC!
That’s why we are absolutely thrilled to officially introduce the newest, cutest, and definitely the shortest member of our crew: Hank!
Hank’s Bio at a Glance
- Joined the Team: May 2026
- Age at Hire: A fresh-faced 12 weeks old
- Background: Proudly rescued from an out-of-state, no-kill shelter
- Current Role: Apprentice-in-Training & Chief Morale Officer
Hank is still working on getting his official certifications, but he’s already proved to be a natural around the business. He completely knows his way around our warehouses, though his current inventory tracking methods mostly involve sniffing boxes and chasing the occasional stray dust bunny.
When Hank isn’t hard at work learning the family trade, you can usually find him:
- Practicing his latest tricks for a high-value treat reward.
- Making his rounds to greet and play with the office staff (he’s excellent for company morale).
- Taking mandatory, extended power naps right in the middle of the floor. Hey, heavy-duty napping is hard work!
Looking Ahead: Supporting Our Four-Legged Neighbors
Rescuing Hank gave us a firsthand reminder of how many incredible animals out there are just waiting for a second chance. Because community and family mean everything to us, we’re looking forward to paying it forward.
We are currently putting together plans to partner up with local shelters and rescues right here in our community to support no-kill animal efforts. We want to help more pups find their forever job sites—and who knows, we might even have to rescue another little brother or sister for Hank somewhere down the road 😉.
Next time you see our trucks out in the neighborhood be sure to ask how Hank is doing. Just don’t tell him he’s technically still an unpaid intern!
